I have seen a situation where a competitor uses the same slogan that I crafted. That can be quite painful.

What are the legal steps to take when a competitor uses the same slogan that you crafted. Any way to stop them?

If you had trademarked the slogan, just get a lawyer to write a warning to them to stop using the slogan. You can take it up from there.
