What do you envision healthcare will be like in 15 to 20 years?

In the digital age, the healthcare industry is quite expected to improve in the next 15-20 years. I expect medical doctors will wear high-tech equipment when screening patients, and they may use more AI in their healthcare practices. Furthermore, they may be able to treat patients with more advanced devices. What do you think?

What I hope for, or envision is that by this time there would be easy and cheaper health care in my country. It would be a place where we don't have to travel out of the country to get the best health care.
