What do you feel when the company you are working for refuses to give you loans?

I have a cousin brother who works with a real estate company. The company was so nice to the employees that they gave them personal loans. To their surprise the company stopped that service abruptly while my cousin was waiting for the loan to go through. If it were you how would you have felt?

If am him i will feel bad but i will try other alternatives if the loan is very important. Moreover, if you are working with a reliable company, to get loan is not difficult. Once your bank is sure you use to receive monthly payment, to give you loan will not be difficult.

Although it may be a very sad feeling, we also have to realize the reality of why the company suddenly stopped the loan service whether this applies to everyone or only to your cousin, if it applies to all employees maybe the company is facing financial constraints, such as expansion plans, opening new branches etc. If it is only for your cousin maybe the reason for the loan is not right.

No staff is entitled to get loan from the company they work in. It is something that companies do out of goodwill. No one should feel bad if they stop such scheme abruptly. Approach financial institutions for loans.

i will feel bad but then again I would not bear any grouse because I'm sure such happened for a reason and might just be a serious reason

Your cousin will feel bad and disappointed for sure. In my city, most companies do not offer loans to employees. If the employee has financial problem, s(he) needs to seek help from a bank or other financial institutions.
