The higher employee turnover is culminated mostly by the low salaries, poor working conditions, lack of training and staff promotion among other reasons.
What other reasons do you think contributes to the employee turnover?

In some cases, another cause for this is usually due to employees working boses that are inhumane in how they treat their employees and the amount of work given to them.

Nothing makes a business organisation lose employees like poor pay. I also resigned from paid employment because of poor pay. Some people receive pay that can't even feed them for one week. I would advise someone to better resign from that kind of job.
