What do you think is the best pay rate for forum posting?

I earn 25 cents for forum topics and 20 cents for posts as as package team member on various promotional forums. But on paid to post forum I usually earn less than 2 cents per post. Therefore, when I hire a forum poster for my forums I try to pay the same rate that most paid to post forums are paying. What do you think should be the standard rate for a forum posting job?

I do not have any idea being an unexperienced forum creator. I think the pay is small because of the resources the revenues that most forum owners rely for poster payment.

I honestly don't know the exact amount, I guess it depends on the admin. But being paid 25 cents is an okay amount.

Agreed, but we also need to create high quality content. Most of the time user end up creating low quality content even when the payment is high. Do you agree?
