What do you think is the main reason holding down business success?

It's very surprisingly to see a business space or rather premises being hired by more than four business persons in single year with all of them failing to achieve business success. I really don't comprehend on what might be the reason behind that.

A lot of businesses do not succeed today due to various issues, for some it might be due to poor management.

If the businesses are in the same premises, their failure may be partly due to the location. Of course, mismanagement is also an important factor leading to failure of business.
