I think anything that has to do with food since food is essential. People love to eat and we can't survive without it. It still depends on the location, quality of food, and other things.
The inflation is actually tormenting everybody especially those in developing countries. I believe the best way to handle this harsh economic is to engage in farming. At least you get your food from your farm products. This year, am going to have a farm.

Producing food, specially organic which is almost extinct these days. It does not matter the inflation, it retain its core value. Everyone eat everyday.

That's very true, Anything kind of business that has to do with food are usually very lucrative. This is because no matter how tough the economy might be, we would still eat as humans.
In my region here it is food that is fast selling now. You would finished your good no matter the quantity that you are selling
