I believe it is feasible, but it might depend on the location. However, you can consider selling them online. I have noticed many online stores offering affordable baby and adult diapers. Perhaps they have suppliers who provide the diapers at very reasonable prices.

The way those retail shops are running out of diapers, it is clear that there is a demand for it and offering it in wholesale is profitable.

Selling of diapers is a good business. I don't think it can fail anywhere selling it wholesale. The challenge would be in creating awareness.
