We usually hear business people expressly state that "business is business". And they state that to customers, staff, and other stakeholders in the business setup. What do you understand by the principle that "Business ID Business"?

I agree with you on that. I also heard this expression from our neigbor who owns a store. Someone a relative wanting to buy in credit but the amount almost reach $75 and the owner refused credit. He told his relative that business is business.

But that is just an expression, in practice it will depend on each individual person, but for me personally it is not like that, if a relative is having trouble buying goods worth only under $100 and wants to buy on credit and it is the first time, then I will agree to it.

I will also allow my relatives to buy in credit but my neighbor sticks to his nose he he. He was so strict and I saw his relative felt like being stabbed with a sharp dagger. I pity that person, if only the store is mine.
