What do you usually do when you fail to achieve the daily business target?

The sales revenue may fluctuate on a daily basis. No need to be alarmed if sales drop for only a day or two. But if the problem persists, it's time to think about the causes of such problem. Is it due to product quality or customer service, or the price. Marketing is also important factor.
 
There are several types of sales targets that are often applied by business people such as measurable targets, Attainable, specific etc. So if your sales do not reach the target or fail then you need to do a daily evaluation, and increase promotions, discounts, customer approaches etc.
 
There are days that I cannot maintain the daily target but I remain calm. I have to make sure the next will be better. I also take action by advertizing my milk tea business on the spot on Facebook to remind my customers
 
Overdoing things without a proper plan does not solve any issue. So, one has to introspect the daily targets and see that they are realistic. Sometimes we get over enthusiastic and put a lot on the target that might be unrealistic and overwhelming. Having a realistic target helps. One can always slowly keep pushing the limit, but that too in a pragmatic way.
