Product launches are events that businesses hold to introduce it's new products to the market. What if a business has a failed product launch that failed to generate sales or have much traction? What can the business do with the product at that time?

The best a customer can do analyze why the product launch failed and get customer feedbacks as well. As for the product, i don't think much can be done about it, that would be recorded as loss on their part.
