When I was a child, I saw the movie "WarGames", where an informed nerd accidentally enters the server that manages the nuclear defense of the United States, risking starting a world war.
Obviously that was only fiction, but for the first time, I read and memorized, a real acronym that still exists, DEFCON. But now unfortunately in this period of real war, there is someone that could explain me the real meaning of DEFCON?
And then Countries like Ukraine, including others Europeans like Italy where I live, what level of DEFCON do they currently have?
