What if India stopped exporting footwear to the US.

India export a lot of things to the US of which footwear is one. With 50% raise in tariff what if India stopped exporting footwear to the US? The prices of footwear in US would go high. Winters are knocking at the door. Won't some of the American would have to go without shoes in these chilly months?

Does that mean that only India is making footwears? United States have company that makes footwears also but the difference is that their footwears tends to be more costly than that of India. Trump is actually trying to make Americans to buy more of their products thereby making their economy more strong.
