What is a simple thing that gives you anxiety?

I often feel anxious, even about simple things. A phone call can stress me out and make me feel like there is an emergency. Hehe. What simple thing causes you anxiety?

I expect everyone should be punctual in what they are doing. If that doesn't happen, it causes anxiety.

Lol am also like that, once i see my phone ringing i get anxious and worried, am expecting a visitor i feel that way as well, am a very shy person

I live far from my parents and siblings, so if I hear the phone ring in the middle of the night I feel anxious, I'm worried that something will happen to my parents or siblings.
