I have been hearing of the term, "Internal Memo" as it relates to companies and business organizations. What does Internal Memo suggest in a business organization or company? Who issues it and to who?

Internal memo is used to communicate within the internal structure of a business organization. That's what staff use to update each other on internal programs and projects.
