What is NFTs? Explain to a layman's understanding.

I am still very fresh to the crypto thing and I don't know much about it and how it works. I have been hearing about NFTs. I have tried to study about it but can't grab a thing.

Can someone in this forum explain to a layman like me what NFTs are and how one can easily make money from them?

NFT is just a work of art which have no specific functionality but for beautification and administration. But the difference between NFTS and normal art work is that NFTS are virtual while the other other is physical .

crypto tokens are two types, fungible and non fungible. Fungible tokens get their value based on performance (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.). Non fungible has fixed price.
