What is the best phone's battery size?

For me l have a 5050 mAh size battery with my Nokia G20. l find it very conveniently as it stays longer while being Online.What about you?
What is your phone's battery and how is the power consumption like?

My phone has a 6000mah battery. When I first got it, I usually use the phone for a whole day, so I had to charge it just once a day. I am a very heavy battery user. Currently the battery doesn't even last the whole day, I have to charge multiple times in a day.
