So people are very different as they are not always the same.
There are literally customers that are very stubborn and seem not to appreciate great customer services offered to them by the business owners. How best can we satisfy these kind of customers then?
 
The best way to treat such customers is to refund them their money except where they have make use of the product. If they have make use of the product, i may offer discount. Sincerely, i don't like to have problem with my customers but if the customer is misbehaving, i will contact the police.

The best solution to contact the police hehe, that may trigger the pride of the customer. That kind of customer must be banned to enter the business establishment.
 
The best solution to this is to ignore. Do the job and just ignore everything else. In a situation where you know you can't ignore, it would be best to let them go.
 
Don't let them get to you. Just brush it off. The most important thing is that you went above and beyond to provide them with outstanding customer service. Your dedication will attract even better customers in the future who truly appreciate your efforts.
