What is the biggest financial challenge that a student is likely to face?

Every person at a level has the unique financial challenges that they are facing. The financial challenge of a married couple is different from that of a single person. For a student, which financial challenges are they expected to face?

The main focus of students is to study. If they are not supported by family in tuition fee or other expenses, they have to find a way to earn some money to finance his/her own study.

I think one of the major one is how to manage their money for feeding and transporting themselves to school and also buying the needed books.

In my opinion, the biggest financial challenge that students always face is relying solely on limited money from their parents while their expenses are increasing, especially for high school students whose financial literacy is still inadequate, so they have difficulty managing their finances properly, including the inability to make a budget.

In my country education is sponsored by the government. There is book allowance and living allowance also. The struggle only comes where you are no longer a student where now you have the responsibility to fend for yourself.

Yes that's true, i remember back then in school, there where times where i had to drink water for days cause there was no money to buy food.

Yeah if you can't pay your fees as a student it becomes very difficult to pull through in school
