What is the common reason why good employees quit?

People always quit their jobs when the value they perceive to add to the organisation is far above the remuneration that the organisation is offering. They would leave to a place where this value would be adequately rewarded.

There are many reasons why good workers leave their jobs, but what is the most common reason for quitting?
A good employee quits his job if he is treated badly in his company or his payment his not increased for a long time.

True those reasons are why good employees quit their jobs, if they didn't get what they deserve they quit.

There are many reasons why workers leave their jobs, of course the reason is that they often receive inadequate compensation for their skills, there may also be an unpleasant work atmosphere and unhealthy competition, you have a cheating boss, so you are forced to create fake finances.

Inadequate monetary compensation might be a big reason for many good employees to quit. Other than that it can be lack of work satisfaction or even a bad work environment. People are always looking for better opportunities in terms of monetary compensation, work satisfaction and treatment at work place. If anyone of them is not upto employees expectations, they hunt for a better one

One common reason employees quit today is due to poor working conditions. When the working conditions are not good enough, it can be very discouraging for employees, especially if their employer still expects the very best from them.

In the current situation I hardly find people quitting a job or going for a change. Bad economy and recession has to be blamed. Most of the corporates and businesses are going for cost cutting and layoff. People are sticking to the current job despite low pay and bad work conditions. That is unfortunate. This happens during all the low phase and recessions. Hopefully, things would again bounce back soon.

But what if the current employer is offering the good employee the highest possible salary he can afford. And he would still lose such staff to a company that offers better pay. Business world is truly unfair to small businesses.
Low payment and late payment of salaries. it shows the company doesn't value it's employees so no need laboring for the company. it would be a waste.
