What is the difference between crypto currency staking and holding?

Holding can be interpreted as if you have crypto stored in a wallet without activating passive income such as Earning, Staking, etc. While staking means that you freeze or lock a certain amount of crypto until a specified time, so that if you withdraw, the return from staking will be lost and you will even be fined. We can easily compare staking to a bank deposit while holding is like a savings account.

Staking means you earn rewards from your assets, it is something like earning interest in your savings. Holding means keeping your assets just like keeping your money in current account.

For me l would prefer the holding of the crypto currency when dealing with little amount of coins and staking when dealing with higher amounts of money.
Yes, that's true. If we only have a small balance, it's better to keep the money in a savings account. However, if it's large, it's better to open a deposit account to get higher interest. Likewise with crypto, crypto holders don't get anything.
