What is the difference between digital marketing and internet marketing?

One word that have been misused and abused by many people is marketing . Now, it seems that every concept is attached with marketing. You have online marketing, digital marketing, internet marketing and some other types of marketing.
I think most of words means the same or have a very little difference. What is your thought on this?

Marketing on the internet is internet marketing which is also called digital marketing or online marketing.
