There are registered businesses that might have to change their names for one reason or the other. It could be for a rebrand or for a merger that a new name becomes necessary.

Unfortunately, i do not know the legal processes in details for a business to change it's name in my country.

Business name changes often occur such as Twitter to X corp, MicroStrategi to StrategiB etc. In my country, to change the name of a registered business and issue shares, it must go through the approval of the General Meeting of Shareholders, then go to the Notary's office and ask for approval from the Ministry of Law.

Here, for a business to change name, the approval of shareholders and board of directors is necessary. You also have to submit the "Notice of Change of Name" to the Companies Registry.
