I have read many posts here, and I quite agree with most of what people have shared and if you are to categorize these then you can only list them as product and service, sales and marketing and administration and Finance. At first, a person must come up with a product or service that they are selling or promoting, then they have to ensure that they devise a sales and marketing strategy. That means if they are selling consistently then the profit margin is growing lastly you have to look at administration and finance where you ensure that you have a business structure around your business so that you know how to handle finances and the flow of business.
