Some people have to take the help of friends in difficult situations by lending money from those friends. Supposing you are that friend that wants to lend someone money, how long would you allow for him to pay the money back.

For me, if you are owing me, I allow three months for you to pay back or else I take action. How long can you allow someone to owe you?

I have never lent money to others except to my elder brother. He had some cashflow problems with his business. I trust him a lot. We didn't sign anything in black and white. He promised to pay me back in six months' time. And he did that.

For me it depends on the date that the person had pleaded. For me l can't allow more than two weeks.
