Most people nowadays have really failed to live debt free life. Majority of the ordinary people in the streets are heavily indebted or have one way or another been in debt. So what are the most common ways of living debt free?

I am fortunate that I do not have any debts except that I use credit cards. But I pay off my credit card bill in full every month. To live a debt free life, work hard to earn, and never spend more than you earn.

One of the best way to live debt free is to simply live according to your earnings. Do not buy beyond what you can afford, and develop a habit of saving.
