Just imagine someone has some crypto tokens and the government of his country just made an announcement that all crypto related activities are banned in the country. What is the first move the person should take to protect his or her tokens?

Many countries ban crypto, but their citizens can still actively trade on global crypto exchanges, of course, using a VPN. If this happened in my country, the crypto community might protest against the government's decision to immediately revoke the regulation.
