I have heard people say that the atmosphere and settings of a shop determines how much a potential customer would have trust in the shop.

What variables of shop atmosphere and settings really affect the trust a customer has on the shop?
 
When your shop looks good and organized, it affects the identity that the customer has on your business and the value they would place on it.
 
I have been to a nice, organized and well designed shop before to buy a product that actually reduced the standard of that shop. The relationship between the atmosphere and the trust customers have on the shop is decency. Decency must be the guideline that guides you on how to set up your business premises and how to protect your brand so as to be trusted.
