What is the right way for handling rude customers?

There are some customers that intentionally come into the businesses and intentionally misbehave on the shop just in the name that customers are always right. What is the right way for dealing with rude customers?

Listen actively to the words they say, you can easily determine what's making them so upset and how to resolve the problem

The truth of the matter is that at the end of the day, these rude persons are still customers. What you need to do is to be calm, when dealing with them and try your best to ignore their rude behavior.

Don't give them the same rudeness they give to you. Ignore them and if possible, diplomatically find a way to reduce their patronage of your business.

Yeah sometimes it is to set boundaries so that you keep such customers out of your life and your business

Stay calm and try to find out why the customer is so rude or upset. There is no point arguing with him/her.

I would just warn them to stop acting rude. And if they keep on with the rudeness, I would have them leave NY business place immediately.

The customers that behave rudely usually are not aware of it. So when you handle a very peaceful talk to them they seem to change for the better fur that matter
