There are some tough conversations that a business owner would really struggle to have with a staff. Such conversations always define some future relationship between business and staff.

What is the toughest conversation do you think a business owner can have with a staff?

Maybe a conversation of what the staff would do is they are laid off without compensation

Communicating to the staff that they need to contribute money for an urgent project you just couldn't fix could be quite difficult.

I won't even be the one to have this conversation with the staff. I just can't.

Another tough one is telling a senior staff that is in line to be next manager that another younger staff would be named the new manager with reasons.
I think another tough one will be the topic of letting go of the staff. Not cause they aren't capable, but simply due to other reasons.
