I have been a physically active person from the very beginning. I was into sports in school and college days. And even later my love for physical outdoor activities continued. I feel that my day is incomplete if I miss my exercise. I need to have 20 minutes to one hour of exercise session every day. And if I have a time and mood, I can go for exercising twice in a day.
I keep a variety on my exercise regime. This brings variations and I also don't get bored. I always have options to do something if I don't feel like doing other. I go for walking, jogging, swimming, yoga and meditation, weight training, or some cardio in gym. I prefer more of outdoor stuffs over gym. But I definitely hit gym twice a week for weight and strength exercises.
What about you? How regular are you with your exercises? Do you follow any regime?

For me it's morning walks, then once in awhile I do add other workouts either after my morning walks or in the evening. I am currently trying to see how I can be more consistent in adding other workouts daily though.

I do my best to walk daily. Have a gym membership, and need to switch things up with weights a little more frequently.
Walking is a good exercise. It's best as you can do it any time as per your convenience and needs no equipment. It's one good cardio exercises that makes every muscle of the body move.

That sounds good. It's more beneficial if you are regular with your walking. Seems like you are really particular about yoir workouts. It's good that you like to add some more on top of your morning walks.
