I am a freelancer offering translation services to clients. I mostly do the job offline. If my client has any questions, they can call me or WhatsApp me.
Even though I am not an online businessman, I act as a buyer or customer. I will always choose to contact customer support via WhatsApp message, it is quicker to get a response than if I use chat on the site or social media.
Back when I had my website, I relied on email support. I am active on different social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok. I also have a Facebook account that I use for freelancing occasionally.
