What joy it is for a successful business person to have a child who can take after him or her?

So I went to make my shoe today in a shoe repairs shop. And a pretty young lady was the one that helped make my shoe. Her dad is the owner of the shop and she has learned the skill from the dad. As it stands, she is positioned to take over the business after the dad.

Do you think it gives business people more fulfilment to have a child that takes after them in their business?

As far as the child was not forced, it is something very comforting to have a child take after your business.

Indeed it is a joyful thing when you have an heir that can handle your business and take over when the time comes.

My boss has been able to build a very big school but he is constantly worried that no one would take over the business from him amongst his children because they are not interested.

I just hope that one of my children would love fashion so much to take after me and I handover the brand to him or her.

Most businesses have succession plans built around their kids. It is normal for every business person to run through that direction.

Definitely, Some children will grow up and become entrepreneurs just like their parents. Whether they reach the level of their parents or exceed it, is another matter.
