What motivates you to the content marketing niches?

Following to the high number of people venturing into the content marketing niche and more especially on the visual content creation, what do you think motivates people to the niche.

I think one thing that motivates them is that they know this field is lucrative hence they put in their best.

Knowing my hard work will eventually pay off, that's where I get my motivation.
