What nonverbal do you usually execute in your business, kinesic or haptic? We need nonverbals to persuade our customers and the persuasive approach we use must be appealing not only verbally but nonverbally.

Kinesic means body language, gestures facial expressions while haptic means language of touch. When you see a customer feeling down because his money is not enough, you may tap the shoulder and say ' it's okay', you can come back next day or tap the shoulder to mean the balance could be paid after three days.

What will you observe to the customer, he may not say thank you but responding you with a nod and a thank you smile.

We need to show approved by customers gestures only like nodding of the head, thumps up, wiggling or body shaking.

I prefer the body language because I do understand them better. I would know when a customer is satisfied by the mere body language exhibited

Yeah, body language is easy to understand by the customers or business owner. The way we execute our body language could also give a hint that the customers are satisfied.
