I made a few changes that have greatly improved my life. For instance, I stopped drinking soda, which not only made me feel better but also helped me save money, as I used to drink it frequently. In addition, waking up early has had a positive impact on my life. I now feel more energetic and productive throughout the day. How about you?
 
One simple habit I follow is to never start what I cannot finish. If I know on the long run that I might not be able to continue something in the future, I will never start.
 
Reading voraciously have actually impacted on my life positively. Sometimes, i read four hours straight and still go about my daily business. Reading have improved my mental health, communication skills, etc

I used to dislike reading, but now I enjoy it. It helps improve my mental health and well-being. I usually read on weekends.

It's beneficial to develop a consistent habit that we can maintain. Hehe. I feel guilty about this. There are some things that I can’t finish at times.

@freelancermaria lol there are times people might feel am wicked or I don't want to help out or do something, but I know if i do it now, I might not be able to do it next time. Instead of disappointing them, i rather not try it.
