Forums are only good sources of revenue if they get a lot of traffic. It takes a lot of time to build them up and if you more than revenue source on them.

You can have multiple ad slots on them if you’d like, but that can also be off putting to users and visitors.

Adsense only pays out if you reach $100.

I'm not using AdSense on my forums. I'm an a affiliate for a few poker sites, and I use social media to try and increase my revenue. AdSense doesn't allow gambling related sites, even forums.

AdSense a lot of people complain from them, they remove earnings without previous notice and ban accounts or even websites without giving a valid reason it could be a bot that clicks on ads and you are innocent but they don't understand this.
