What will Fix World Economy

The whole world is in an economic and financial crisis. What do you think is the solution to fix this issue.I think the lowering of taxes will help.This will lower the cost of food.When less tax is place on utilities we will be able to pay our bills.

I feel if the tax are actually used for the betterment of the country, then there might actually be positive changes or results.
