Most of us have been using headsets for a long time now. We have watched headsets evolve from wires to the airpods we now use.

Nowadays, the latest trend in headset technology has been noise cancellation where headphone smartly filter out sounds that are noise from the feedback it produces to the user.

Based on this, what would be the future trends in headset technology?

I think AI would come in with intelligent noise cancellation features which would allow noise cancellation based on the particular environment that a user is in.
