For me l wouldn't like to continue being active on the earning websites when the sites have stopped paying completely and there's a very clear information by the management for the same.
If a website does not pay as promised, I will usually stop working on the website quickly, since I can use my time better to make money on other websites which pay as promised.
I will quit visiting and posting on the website if the community is toxic and the online environment is not health apart from the no pay. It is not good to continue if these are evident in an online community.
For me l have quit multiple earning sites that developed on its terms and conditions like complicating the earning processes and the user flexibility among other reasons.
There are many factors which decide for me to leave the site like it stops paying, less number of activities, , reduced pay rates, spammers, no intervention of moderators, lack of contests etc.
