People working as a civil servant do get retired at a certain age, and i think it's wise to startup a business while receiving their monthly pension. What's the best business idea for retirees?

No age is can be mention specifically for retirement but I think retirement depends on the type of job and and the country you are. In my country 65 years is the age for retirement for government workers

You have to get a plan of what to do after retirement even before but the best thing you should think of is a passive source of income with less stress

True but you would still need something that would generate money for you cause even if you stop working, would still have to pay for your tv subscription. Then the issue of light bills and so on, then you would also need to eat as well.

I would prefer to have a small confectionary shop or any other shop that doesn't require lots of inventory and doesn't require me to buy the product very frequently. (if you have money to buy it).
