What's the most embarrassing thing you have experienced in an outing or restaurant?

What was the most embarrassing experience you had in one of your outings or in an restaurant? Personally am not the outing type so am not always that comfortable eating in a public place unless i have a lot of persons i am familiar with around me. I don't really have an embarrassing moment so far or i probably can't remember.

Thankful, I have not encountered an embarrassing experience. I may lose face in case that happens to me. I am always extra careful to avoid shame and trouble.
