What's your experience with donating blood?

Who among you here has donated blood? I'm a blood type B+, and I want to donate blood whenever there is a bloodletting activity in our community. It just happened to me—not just once, twice, but five times. I was not given the opportunity to donate because whenever there was a bloodletting activity, I also had my monthly period, so they did not allow me to draw blood.

Many years before, I was afraid of donating blood but once I given it I became fearless, and after then I given many times. Basically it provides us so many positive things regarding health

I have done this like twice or thrice and I was happy to do it. We should try to always donate if we can

I have not donated my blood. My blood is only enough for me for being not fatty. I am also afraid of the blood-letting thing. How I like to donate but my blood is not exceeding.

You can still replenish your blood after donating some. I do take a lot of fruits and multivitamins after blood donation

Since i am a health professional i donate blood most of the time, in my workplace there is a campaign and in order to motivate others to give blood we the staff members have to give first and show them that its normal thing and will not harm them, but to speak the truth i remember the first time i gave blood i get nausea and vertigo and i was so scared, but now its a normal thing, and yeah i am A+

I have never donated blood. I have a medical condition that is why and I just got tattooed. If only I can donate blood, I will do it in a heartbeat.

It was very easy and fast. I came and asked to donate blood and literally in half an hour I was already free. I did it on a voluntary basis, but the attitude was cool towards me, maybe because it was a private company and not a state clinic

I have never had the opportunity to donate blood for either charity or even any issue. The closest I have had to blood being drawn from me is when they took samples for me for testing.

Bloodletting is not my thing too. I am really afraid and I am also not fat. My blood is only enough for me.
