What's your favorite part about living in your place? Least favorite?

I like that is lokey big I do not like that it looks a little bit old so I would like to look more modern
The things i like about my living area is that the peoples are very friendly and have good social bonding, and the place is very quite and good for every activities, but the think i hate about my area is the transport coast and its hard to get transports.
The favorite thing in living in my area is social aminities even though my country is very poor but the fact that my area is way to most politicians house help to develop the area fast
I love the calmness of my territory. There are less violence and violent people.
My favourite part about my place is its serene environment , I like it silent and peaceful .
My flat is only 15 minutes from the beach, which is a plus. I can go to the beach whenever I want to. In addition, it comes with free Wi-Fi, so I do not have to pay for it, which means a lot of savings for me.
