A business being consistent is very important for the business being able to get patronage. Potential customers are scared of patronizing games that is not consistent. Every business that wants people to be confident to patronize it should be consistent.

I completely agree with what you've said. Consistency in business is key to gaining customer trust and maintaining long-term loyalty. When a business is predictable in its quality, service, and the products or services it offers, customers feel more confident returning and recommending it to others. A lack of consistency creates uncertainty and doubt, which can lead potential customers to choose the competition. Furthermore, consistency also helps build a good reputation and differentiate a business in a competitive market. It's important that all aspects of the business, from customer service to product delivery, are consistent so that customers have a positive experience every time they visit. Ultimately, the trust that consistency generates is fundamental to attracting and maintaining a solid base of satisfied and loyal customers.

It is even worse with skilled people. They can't commit a job to you and have rest because they think you would run away.

Inconsistency is a good way of ruining ones business. I changed my sim card to another line due to personal reasons but the response I got from my customers was a sign that I was inconsistent and they couldn't reach me with a line they're conversant with. I had to go back and retrieve my business line before they rated me as a reliable customer. Inconsistency is bad for business owners and must be tackled early enough.
