A non disclosure agreement is a legal contract that prevents the recipient from revealing certain vantage information that it would access from the issuer to the public.

One of the things that is very important in business organisations are secrets that define points of advantage for a business.

What instances or to whom should a company bring in a non disclosure agreement? I know a non disclosure agreement comes in force when some level of staff are employed. What other instances can a non disclosure agreement be necessary?

In a situation where the other party would be having access to sensitive information about the business, I think this kind of agreement should be signed.

An agreement of non disclosure is needed to be signed by a potential investor before pitching your business to him or her. We have heard so many cases of investors stealing people's business ideas.
Yes, that's right you can't be too sich with any investor so you need to protect your business idea
