Most people prefer to own their houses. It is always adjudged the better financial decision if one can afford than having to rent a house. But I believe that there are times when having to rent a house to live in would be a better financial decision. Which situations could make renting a house a better option financially?

The truth of the matter is that you need money to be able to have your own house. In a situation where you cannot afford this, renting your own house would be a better choice.

Buying a house requires a lot of money. If you are not ready, you have to rent a house or apartment instead. Also, if the housing price is dropping, you may want to wait for a while before buying. In such situation, renting is a better choice.

That's true. You won't stretch to own a house when you know that you won't be able to afford it. Renting is the best choice here.

Yes, overtime you can start planning on how you can buy yours or build yours. There have been several cases where people move from a rented house to their own house.

I wish I could buy a house, but I can't afford it. I don't earn enough money, and I also support my parents financially. I'd prefer a budget-friendly rental. I look forward to being able to afford it one day. It won't be easy, though.

Best take baby steps on that one. Yes it's everyones dream to won a house but the question one should ask them selves is 'can you afford to own one' even the renting part, can you afford to pay rent monthly and still manage to sustain yourself. If you can still stay home to prepare for either option then do that. Putting yourself u der pressure when you cannot afford is a recipe for depression.

To be frank if you choose to rent a house consider the amount you are going to pay for that in a matter of months, you will notice that the money will even be enough for you to start buying your house material so for this I don't like rent a house I wish I could own my house iit will be one of the happy things which happens to me ever
