When is too late to fix a relationship?

In relationship there are sometimes where we get in fight and argue each other, but we try to fix it in order to be with the person we really love. But there are sometimes that we can fix things and we let things go.
So when is too late to fix a relationship.

I think this is the moment when no one wants to compromise and this is already the final problem because it is impossible to solve it because everyone wants the partner to fulfill only their conditions

It becomes to late when you let the matter drag to the point where they can now do without you or no longer care if you change or not.
