For those of us who often travel more than a day, we often need accommodation or a place to stay. For those of us who have limited capital, homestays are the main choice rather than building a guesthouse or hotel that requires large costs. Although homestays are a type of small-scale accommodation, if managed well, they can make money. However, the main problem is choosing a strategic location to build a homestay, so in your opinion, where is the right location to build a homestay?

For me there are so many factors that l use to determine the homestays for that matter. That may include availability of security facilities, social amenities among others.

It's best to build a home stay near the beach in the city. We have it here and guests and tourists stay and dine with seafood. It's name is Harbor Lights. It's very nice and comfy.
