Where to Buy Crypto with PayPal?

Until now, I still often hear people asking, where can I buy crypto with Paypal, so I am motivated to create this thread and I hope you will complete all the gaps in the information I have provided.

For people who don't live in USD, Germany, England, etc., of course their Paypal account doesn't have a crypto feature so they can't make transactions or buy/sell crypto in their Paypal account, so they need a platform as a third party or intermediary to be able to buy/sell crypto with Paypal. However, for those of us who have a Paypal account but don't have direct access to crypto, we can use crypto exchanges such as eToro, Paxful, Paybis, Zengo etc.
